Now introducing the wonderful Hanna family! I think it was about 2 years ago, I put a photo shoot into a silent auction to raise money for the ministries that my church supports in Guatemala, Benin, Africa, and here in Tallahassee. The Hanna’s won it, then we went back and forth for 2 years before we FINALLY finalized a date and time. God definitely had His timing, I tell you what. We were able to do some engagement shots of their daughter and her fiance, who just got engaged. AND we got them just in time to get some beautiful shots of Martha’s father, Terrell, with his wife of 64 years and his family, on his farm, before he passed away last week. He was an amazing man. Read his obituary. Your thoughts and prayers for his family are greatly appreciated.
This family serves more than any family I’ve ever known personally. And what you really need to know is that they would hate that I’m even writing this. They are so humble. Right after the earthquake in Haiti, Martha, who is a nurse, went there for a couple of weeks right after it happened, aiding dozens of people who were harmed in the earthquake. They live in Thomasville, GA, which is about a 45 minute drive to E3, and they are there every Sunday they can, serving in some way. Just recently, they went, as a family, to Guatemala on a mission trip. AND they use their family farm as a ministry, too. Hands and Hearts is a non-profit organization where they offer therapeutic horseback riding to people with disabilities. Check out their website. Terrell was the founder of this wonderful organization.
Now, on to the photos. Again, can’t wait for the wedding!
